2 TIMOTHY 2:1-2 “You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.” 

OBJECTIVES
The Thursday group ministry provides an environment where single and married adults and those with young children can explore God’s word and grow spiritually by sharing our common love for God and living a Christ inspired life. This is accomplished through activities which include bible classes, small group devotionals and special events. The desire is to build relationships with one another, and other groups in the church, while equipping individuals to reach the lost by building a solid biblical foundation and fostering an attitude of personal service to others.

GUIDELINES
This special ministry exist to enable young adults to explore their faith in a structured and pleasant environment
The venues are homes of those in the group, children to be looked after by adults within the group to ensure even spreading of caring and educating
Men are assigned topics which they present to the group to ensure growth in areas where needed
The format of the classes are informal to facilitate discussion and the sharing of perspectives on God’s word to encourage a deeper walk with Him
The distribution of topics in advance gives individuals time to study and prepare
This forum is to encourage personal spiritual growth and contributes to the vibrancy of the congregation that is growing as a family
This forum is designed to invite friends to make their inclusion into the congregation easier
