OBJECTIVE
To maintain and protect the material assets of the church

GUIDELINES
Aim to use building and grounds for growth of the body of Christ at Bellville
Undertake to provide a maintenance programme for the building and grounds
Maintenance budget to be established so that costs reflected are true
Make provision for increased activities and expansion of the congregation
Arrange cleaning of the building
Maintenance of internal appliances, plumbing, electrical etc.
